I Prayed for You by Jean Fischer is another valuable resource for parents. This book is a wonderful way to tell your child how much he is loved and prayed for every day! The story is especially appropriate for Moms and Dads who have waited longer than usual for a child or have adopted a child. It was particularly moving to me because I had my first child later in life.
The charming illustrations by Frank Endersby fit the prayers perfectly. This is an especially soothing story and wonderful for bedtime or anytime your child is feeling insecure or needs a little extra loving. I Prayed for You is a great book to have on your bookshelf!
