A Very Merry Christmas Prayer – Children’s Book Review
Even careful families can find it difficult to stay focused on Christ and family during the busy holiday season. Every year I think “we are going to take it easy this year,” but somehow the calendar fills up with activities and places to go!

Another difficulty can be the attitude of our children – as parents we love to give them gifts and see their little faces light up (just as our Heavenly Father does). But sometimes, children can forget to be grateful – just like we adults! A Very Merry Christmas Prayer reminds us through gentle rhymes to be thankful for both the little and big things during the Christmas season.
I love the whimsical illustrations by Natalia Moore, they make me smile! And kids will love the cozy, friendly scenes.
This book would make a wonderful gift for a toddler or preschooler (I have one in mind for my copy – I think he’ll love it)!
