Today is Abraham Lincoln’s birthday, and I thought it would be appropriate to post a few quotes from one of our greatest presidents.

Self-educated, Abraham Lincoln became a country lawyer after engaging in several other professions.  He was elected to the House of Representatives, and served as the 16th president of the United States.  After guiding the country through the Civil War and helping to abolish slavery through the Emancipation Proclamation, Lincoln was assassinated in 1865.
